Homeless Outreach
The Homeless Outreach Project makes contact with homeless people on the Upper East Side and helps them obtain food, clothing, social services and shelter.

If you live on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and you would like to alert the Lenox Hill Neighborhood House Outreach Project about a homeless individual in your neighborhood, call 212 744-5022, ext. 1269 or call 311.
